You will notice the emphasis on producing fear, without providing any positive solutions. That's because Shire wants Dr. Barkley to recommend medication as treatment.

Medication can be an important part of treatment. It should not be the only source. And Dr. Barkley should make it clear that his recommendations may be compromised because his fees are being paid by Shire.
