I am a student and the university of Namibia and my thesis is " CBR Programmes in action, a case study of the Iline-mwiitaleleko Project in the Oniipa constituency Oshikoto Region. CBR guidelines will be very much improtant to all people who are invloved in CBR programmes. Currently there a mixed understanding about CBR and some people do not see any difference between self help project and CBR self employment project. People with HIV/AIDS were not included before in these programmes. Thus it will be very much imperative for them. Some able bodied people use CBR to benefit themselves at the expense of disabled people. The awaited CBR guidelines will help a lot in this regard.
