IT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA .
Dear Mr Ahluwalia ,
The lines below are important as you were attending the function related to them .

After much delay, 749 doctors and nurses of AIIMS were awarded degrees Tuesday. They had been waiting to get the degrees for over two years as Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss had not signed them.

The problem was solved after some students moved the Delhi High Court, which directed Ramadoss to sign the degree certificates last month.

2 % of GDP for health is so contradictory to the age old proverb health is wealth . I feel health is much more than wealth .A healthy country is a good country .Your GDP expendiuture on SEZ infrastructure , Concessions to Mega industrial houses , Political expenses , security of your politicians and many more factors here can be labelled . Sir please visit the government hospitals in any city and tyou will realise that some rural hospitals are better managed .The reason is Human factor that goes in not only infra structure. You pump in money and it goes into the drain due to irresponsible work force or ends up in the highly efficient network of corruption 10 times more foolproof than our CBI, RAW, CAG etc etc ... .The health minister had no time to sign the certificates of the medical professionals so what about his lineage down the ladder ..... It happens only in India .People can be easily be fooled by Politicians and Government officers who pose as representatives of the political agenda rather thab public servants .

Sir please see that hard earned tax money is really used to make this country healthy by givng us a true audit of health and health expenditure every year or else you would be also a politician in the guise of an economist.
