ORBO has hardly done anything in N.Delhi for cadaver transplantaion. Not sure what similar quasi -governement organisations are likely to acheive in rest of the country.

To push such a programme a more concerted nationwide consensus is required. The officials must not forget that Delhi is not India and India is much more than what Delhi is.
