I am absolutely in favor of retail outlets for medical care. Insurance industry has absolutely stifled the quality and quantity of medical care by providers. They entire purpose is to save or make money at the expense of the patient or provider and in most cases both. They insure nobody and the penalize the entire system for their own selfish good. I am a provider -- I know!
