India lives in its villages. I hope the present government pays attention to the sanitation and drinking water in the
smaller towns. Primary health centres need to be functional and not dysfunctional as at present. Private -public partnership model should be evolved at this level.I hope the bureaucrat in India are inventive in their thought proces.
