I am a person who had spinal cord surgery (Lamectomy)/ (Laminectomy)to get reilef by decompression of degenerated prolapsed discs between L3,L4&L5 in the year 1995 sept. at the age of 48.I am doing excersises and walking and avoiding lifting of weights etc., till date as advised by the Doctor.Kindly help me to check up my present condition by directing me know the location where to come and cost effect etc.pl.
