On a positive note a website with daycare listings and reviews from parents has been launched this month. Although this comment is off topic, I'm sure parents who had put their kids through a daycare and were dissatisfied with the service won't mind reading it.

The objective is to get parents to help each other by creating reviews of daycares. Parents can leave comments and participate in child care forums.
