I understand the service is free. Does it have any connection with Sri Sathya Sai Baba?

I saw this train in BBC programme on 26th of march and could not beleave that this train even exists.i have no words to express myself.it's just incredible. Thanks for it.keep up the good work.

I watched this programme on tv and was amazed at the dedication of all concerned and also at the number of operations that were carried out by the doctors in the course of a day. It is a great job being well done.
