Screw the BMA's request! Why do overzealous anti-smoking organizations, and health groups, think they have the darn right to dictate and declare what every theatrical group does in their plays?
The Northern Ireland Assembly should definitely pass the amendment to allow for smoking in theatrical performances, without question! I mean, what's wrong with ONLY requiring theatrical companies to announce beforehand if smoking is allowed in a play? And hey, anyone who may be offended by that doesn't have to stick around for the whole play, anyway!
