As an Indian AND a software engineer, I expect at least some level of decency and humility from a colleague. on behalf of indian software engineers everywhere, I apologise for this lunatics misdemeanor.

Unfortunately, we dont have any tough laws in India that can tach someone like him a lesson he never forgets.

Luckliy, the people will make him pay(am pretty sure by now his company would've fired him).

This guy is working with SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES LTD in the Senior Management Position and FYI he is not fired from the company

You are wrong. The company fired him immediately for this kind of indecent behavior. In any case - no organization can take responsibility for sudden bout of insanity. btw - Mr. Nakka is an IIM-B MGMT grad. So is this institution also to reprimanded...cmon guys give yourself a break.
