Estrogen, the primary female hormone used by M2F transexuals does not affect the voice in the least. Therefore, that portion of your otherwise very informative column, needs to be corrected.

On second thought, estrogen does prevent the voice from deepening if it is taken throughtout puberty.
Post puberty estrogen therapy however, has nil affect upon the deepening of the male voice.
