governpolicy is good to amend birth registration act.But,indian people and our laws are not sufficient for the chang the name of child and birth date. now resistrar of nagar palika for city, Talati cum mantri for village are competant authoriety to change the name and date in birth record on observe the other legal document enclosed with application but city and village panchat ragistrar are not correct the entry and say competant megistrat order necessary. therefore poor people do not go to highcourt to take a order. i wish a proper cercular sent to the nagar palika and village panchayat for the chage the name and date in birth record and stop the people to unnecessary heressment.
