Hello,
I am a UNaids worker.
Unfortunately UNaids cannot distribute condoms free of cost throughout India.
The Aids workers believe that the distribution of condoms free of cost would reduce Aids infection rates in India. Can the Red Cross distribute condoms free of cost throughout India?
