I totally agree that Sub clause 3, clause 9, chapter II of the Act gives room for unrelated transplant activity.

I am really shocked:

I have been trying to inform TN Police Department & CB CID on Illegal Trade in Human Organ (KIDNEY). All my Information & Reports has been ignored till today.
A KIDNEY BROKER trades freely........
