4 upliftment of the state priority should be given to females & more concessions & opportunities should b provided to female candidates in education & jobs.I am sorry 2 say the hard fact "well qualified ,educated,experienced,devoted,hard worker& tallented candidates firedwith "can -do"spirit r wondering on the roads 2 search 4 a better future & nobody values these talents"
