People in India just can’t seem to be bothered to do something about their society and its sad. When I was over to India last year at my sister’s house in Delhi, they had made their own colours.

Thought some people may be interested to know how to make some of the own colours.

DRIED

Green - Henna can be used
Gulal – Dry rose petals and then ground them up.
Yellow colour – Haldi also called as turmeric powder mixed with flour. - we used atta

WET colours-

Haldi powder can be mixed in water to make it a yellow colour

Megenta- Beetroot pealed and chopped should be left to soak in water for a few hours. And gives u coloured megenta water.

Anyeone else have any more suggestions?
