No country should have hanging as a form of punishment. It is barbaric and does not go with evolution of Homo sapiens.

The social circumstances, mental health and learning ability of condemned, in the United States at least, which suggests death, however violent, putss the condemned out of misery.
Black humour aside; murder by whatever means by authority which claims to protect is beyond contempt.
