I totally agree with SRK's comment, if they really wanted to stop people from smoking or even drinking soft drinks just ban the stuff and we can be through of all this mumbo jumbo. I've said it before and i'll say it again, family influence should be much stronger than what people see in movies "All it needs is a good ol' family conversation". that's my opinion anyway; no pun intended on the WHO people.
