i am 31 years old recently diagonised with type 2 diabetic,my diabetic is well controlled from last 6 months, and my HbcA1 is less than 6.5,as i was not taking any medicine,i have been on diet, advice me regarding insurance covering later stage complications,

My cousin is around 24 yrs with Type 1 Diabetes,Currently lost her eyesight and facing problems with unproper kidneys functioning.
As they are financially unsound I request you to kindly suggest the best possible Insurance package.
I would also like to know if that could be cured completely?
