Hey listen im a hookah smoker ive been smoking for about a year now every other day.. i am athletic im on the wrestling team.. I wonder i want a real answer " Is hookah bad for you in general compared to a cigg?" Please someone email me some suggestions lilpuffj@gmail.com i dont go on this website daily contact me via email.. I understand any type of smoking is bad i just want the 411 though.. Thanks guys..

I also am an athlete for my high school i play football and am also on the track team, i want to know the 411 on hookah as well, is it bad for your lungs? Does it cause "holes" in your longs, can anything cancerous come from it? please inform me via email at theking_2k7@yahoo.com, it would be very much appreciated, thank you
