Polypill certainly appears a good concept that promises to improve compliance as well as provide a logical basis for moderating 'load' on heart. In the countries where masses can not afford expensive treatment regimes, pharmaceutical manufacturers should formulate and test such combination for mass consumption.

Why is the USA (FDA) always the last to do the right thing. We need the Polypill too.
