There are numerous medical negligence Cases in apex hospitals in India. The so called Corporate hospitals, with their high influence to the powers that be are getting away with their negligence.

Sad story that cannot be reversed. It can also happen in normal delivery sometimes. The question we need to ask is if the negligence was due to sheer carelessness of the doctors or was it a case of mis-judgemnet.

The Obgyn license must be revoked and prevented from further practicising at any facility public/private ever.
Doctors in india need to learn they cannot get away with murder, negligence and realize their commitment to ensure the health, safety of the patient.
