My mom received cataract surgery today. Will it affect post operative surgery if she smokes marijuana?

Dear Sir/Madam.

I am writing from Gambia.

My sister has been diagonalize having Cataract on the right eye and the doctor refer her for surgery for the removal of the Cataract abroad hence it will lead to a total blindness soon.

Sir. I want to know the cost for the removal from your hospital.

I await your reply on this regard.
