This article, like most, fails to distinguish between continuously certified and tested commercial raw dairy products and those obtained from private untested and unregulated sources. There is NO proven instance of illness caused by certified raw milk products in the US. Your recommendation to avoid all raw milk products is absolutely ludicrous and an obviously uninformed opinion not supported by the facts. One can only assume that you are deliberately or perhaps unconsciously supporting the processed dairy industry. Also, your failure to note the nutritional deficits associated with the "ultra pasteurization" (sterilization) of milk which destroys not only lactase enzymes and the lactobacilli necessary for milk digestion but virtually all of the vitamin content indicates ignorance of the the subject. The single benefit of "ultra pasteurization" is, of course, extended shelf life, hardly a boon to the consumer.
