I had a blood test result that showed my egfr at 94. Is this cause for alarm?

I am 63 years old, I exercise, weight 155, and I am 5 ft. 8 inches tall. My blood test showed egfr at 46, and everything else looked great. I took another blood test, at my sugestion, and it came back the same. Could this be a result of taking too much ibuprofin? What should I do next?
