I think the list of successful candidates of medical entrance is to be published in the govt.website with photo which any medical college can varify on opening the web. Photo and two identification marks alone with some other identification materials (as used by electronic documents) can easily be used. Even the medical admission forms can be submitted electronically. This will eliminate these kind of irregularity. Help of IBM will be fruitful in this regard.
