Look at the state of hospitals run by govt. in various states of India. The bureaucrats and politicians have made this institutes 2nd class and private medicine now flourish in this country. I don't know if anyone realizes but an interesting thing is emerging. The elite intelligentsia of the country is protesting against the govt. This has seldom happened in this country in the past. The IITs and IIMs of the country have also extended their support. Maybe a new type of revolution has just been triggered off.
