Consumer court has some the right thing by not allowing such petetions and claims, does the Indian helaht service follow the US example- where claims have increase the cost of insurance covers for the doctors and resulted in esclating healthcare costs.
We should follow the system in Sweden - claims like this can be mutually settled if necessary rather than going to the courts.

I am having a DELL laptop, in the manual they mentioned the battery life of the laptop is nearly 2:30 hours, but my laptop delivers only 1 hour after full charging, they were not replacing it, I contact to the consumer court and now I don’t know why I received a phone call form DELL manager, they changed the battery and now its working very fine.
