What is the definition of a cured alcoholic? I feel I'm cured but my 12 step friends tell me that's not possible. Does been cured mean that you trust yourself and your own opinions higher than othersin this matter? I am happy and content, and am able to have an odd drink socially, but was once alcoholic, so would assert that I'm as cured as anyone could be.Is this normal?
