I'm a 45 year old female, who was a triathlete and marathon runner for a good 15 years.Unfortunately for the past 5 years I have been suffering with severe degenerative disk disease, facet arthritis, bulging disks in both lumbar and cervical regions,as well as spinal stenosis, and scoliosis.Needless to say I'm dealing with a great deal of pain.I have tried conventional physical therapy and could not tolerate the pain.I have also been to a few neurosurgeons as well as a top spinal surgeon, and all have agreed that my condition is past the point of present day surgeries. My doctors have finally found a good medication regiment, through trial and error, and I am now some what comfortable due to these medications. The doctors and I have discussed Physiotherapy but I'm a little hesitant, due to having poor results with Physical therapy. What should I do?
