Very Well, Specially in India 70% of people are facing back pain problems. I too have beck pain issue from past 2 years. I have consulted many doctors but still it is not solved. last month i have seen one post on back pain issue. I have gone through the post. Its pretty informative actually. I have been following the guidelines and i can feel little relief now. I can see the improvement.
