Hi Eating fruits daily can help reduce heart diseases. But be cautious about your servings ,because most of the fruits are high in potassium.Too much potassium intake can cause kidney failure, So limit your servings/day. Live Healthy!!!!!

Ya organic fruits are more safest these days, as normal fruits are fed with fertilizers so the risk of cancer is high especially with grapes as it is dipped in pesticides, so be cautious while selecting the fruits, as it said fruits can reduce the heart diseases incidence, diabetics should undergo diet counseling before taking fruits.

Very much informative on the link between fruits and all heart diseases, but what is the price of fruits nowadays is to think about.
