I am wondering how blocking Mcl-1 will not impact normal plasma cells? Is the blocking specific to only the cancer cells? Otherwise, wouldn't this result in a loss of normal immune function in the patient where they would be unable to response to foreign invaders like bacteria/fungus/viruses etc
