I use Spiriva every day. My cough gets worse and worse. two days ago I breathed in a shard of the plastic capsule. Luckily it caught in my throat and I got it out. I have looked for the missing pieces of the capsules from the two piercing sites and have not been able to find any in any of the inhalers.
