My friend in Angeles City has contracted TB, a very contageous disease. She is too unwell to go to work and she has already spent all of her money on medicine. Without medicine she will die and will pass on the disease to others. She needs $104 per week for medicine, that is = to a very good salary in Philippines. Can anyone please advise me what she can do? Thank you.
