New ‘Superbug’ Outbreak in S.African Hospital

A multi-drug resistant "superbug" has been contained after it infected nine patients at a South African hospital, a hospital group reported on Monday. Three of the patients were still in quarantine, they added.

Nurse recruitment is done from India due to the shortage of skilled nurses. Nurses should be scanned for these organisms before allowing them to work with patients.I think this can contribute to this outbreak. I think we need to look at water pollution across the globe.
