It believe I have an intolerance to yeast, Iknow it is not wheat or gluten is it possible that yeast could be present in eggs due to what a chicken is fed

The reason I aasking is because by food elimination Iknow I have and intolerance to yeast but last night I had homemade coleslaw made with Helmans Mayonaisse I have had a mild reaction not as bad as the yeast in bread products, I was also eating eggs daily but have not done so for 2.5 months as at first I thought they were part of the problem but that I was never able to verify anybody out there that might know
