My fasting glucose is 91, and after meal it is 181. I taking glycomet GP 2 forte Tab from last 2 years as prescribed me by Doctor. Tell me that my suger level is normal or serious

hi,i am 35yrs old,today i checked my sugar level after 2hrs from my break fast thru accu check.it showed 133..........do i have diabetics........pls let me know?
