That’s a nice piece of information but I would like to add something, One of the causes of heart disease is eating unhealthy foods [ oily, junk food] which rises level of cholesterol so to prevent heart diseases main thing to do is to taking good care of diet by avoiding food that are fried and are spicy. one should eat organic foods like green vegetables.
