Dear Rambhai,
This is for every one, at the most affordable possible rates. There is no specific geographic boundaries. In fact, we are working with Government of Bihar, providing low cost warmers and other life saving systems. We are working in extremely rural and tribal areas with population of less than 5000 people in India and Bangladesh. We will be pleased to look at the area you are suggesting as well. Do write to me with your suggestions to manoj.menon@ge.com. Manoj Menon, GE Healthcare, India.
