itis one incident out of n-number of crimes/day done by the irresponsible/corrupt persons in every level shows the respect given to the poor indians who is the actual fundation stone of this sub continent.
there should be a leagal strong poor peoples protection force/board has to be created to punish the corrupt political sharks.
like the political parties withdraws support and dissolves govt. at any movement the poverty control board has to be given power to dissolve the govt. at any time if the poor were negleted in any form.

UTMOST CARE HAS TO BE TAKEN IN SUCH KITCHEN. LIFE OF FUTURE INDIA HAS TO BE PROTECTED PROPERLY. IT IS NOT FAIR TO BLAME SOMEBODY FOR SUCH AN INCIDENT. THOSE WHO ARE IN CHARGFE SHOULD TREAT ALL THE SCHOOL CHILDREN AS THEIR OWN WARD.
