Child Obesity

A child is obese when the amount of fat in his body is greater than 25% of the body weight (for boys) and 32% of the body weight (for girls). Obesity can cause serious diseases like diabetes and heart problems. In addition, obese children also have problems getting along with others and may suffer from low self esteem.
