Pregnancy and chicken pox

My friend is  5 months pregnant. She had chicken pox nearly 10 years ago? Does she need to take the chicken pox vaccine now? Is it possible that she will get infected with the chicken pox. Would such an infection harm her and her baby in the womb? Please clear my doubt.

It will cause an increase risk of complications to mother and child if chickenpox occurs during pregnancy. Depending on the time of pregnancy i.e. early pregnancy or near delivery determines the risk to mother and child.
mother and child. The woman with chickenpox in pregnancy can be treated with antiviral drug acyclovir (Zovirax) which seems to be safe in pregnancy.
