here is the question is if for the physiological celll or the floating cell of blood ...as we know that still the blood floating cells recognised all pre cancerous .genes and receptor expressed factor but still we r unable to cure cancerous cell floating reconization in blood itself for any process ..so what is the basic thinking for that ?
