Will these vaccines be available in Malta and in how much time? Is it unadvicable to take vaccine if already married with children? Vaccine is compatible with Spina Bifida condition?

Is Gardasil or Cervarix available in India? A few million women can be saved from cervical cancer! If they aren't available as yet, when will they be available?
