My son suffered a similar mistake at Christie Hospital. They gave him 10 "overdoses" to his brain.
Luckily Daryl is still with us but suffers after effects not disimilar to that of a stroke. The case bears many similarities to that of Lisa. Daryl was unable to sue the NHS despite the fact he was ok until the "overdose", they said the necrosis was due to the tumour and not the over radiation.
Can this be proved?
How many more cases like these have there been?
They supposedly "could not make a mistake" so they told us!
Daryl & Lisa are testament that the system is not as foolproof as they think.
