What a misleading article.
A wealth of solid new research shows that 400 IU of vitamin D is far too little to be of any use.

Flawed study like many others in that the vitamin D dosage was too low by a factor of 10 ! 4k I.U. D is now recognized by leading researchers to be approx. minimum daily. Caucasian skin produces 10 - 50K I.U. in sunshine in as little as 20 mins. Vit. D costs little thus no incentive for study. Meanwhile millions die from a myriad of cancers...
