I don't think lifestyle changes would be of much help in women who are genetically predisposed to it, Like having BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations.But good news is most of the breast cancer cases are not familial rather sporadic. About 85% of breast cancers are non-familial. So,lifestyle changes can certainly help to reduce the figures. Breast Cancer blog
