Kidney and bladder :
Bedwetting / Enuresis

Bedwetting is considered a medical problem only after a child is at least three years old. Almost 15% of children above the age of three continue to wet their beds, and more boys wet their beds than girls. Sometimes it can be the sign of an emotional problem, but most children stop it on their own before puberty.

Behavioral treatment

```````````  Bedwetting can also occur in adolescents. It is generally said that it is more common in boys as compared to girls. Behavioral treatment is very good for bedwetting. This consists of constantly suggesting to the child not to bed wet, to empty the bladder frequently, by avoiding drinking fluids form late evening, waking up the child at night to go to the toilet. IF THE CHILD DOES BEDWET BE SYMPATHETIC AND REASSURE THE CHILD AND DO NOT BE ANGRY AT THE CHILD.
